Players and turf owners juggled separate schedules, which led to double bookings and manual settlement of balances and discounts.
Approach
Built a single source of truth with slot locking at confirmation, recurring weekly slot configuration, and a built-in wallet for balances, discounts and settlements.
Results
Double bookings are prevented by design, and owners manage slots, pricing and earnings from one dashboard.
