Challenge
Patients had to wait in the clinic to hold their place in line, with no way to see how long they would wait.
Approach
Built real-time queue position tracking and status notifications with an accessible UI, integrating Spring Boot REST endpoints for queue, patient, doctor and clinic data.
Results
Patients follow their place in the queue from their phone and arrive when it is their turn instead of waiting on site.
