A self-service rental app for a Qatari micro-mobility operator, covering live-map vehicle discovery, unlock, in-app payment and wallet-based 30-minute and 1-hour ride passes, backed by an admin dashboard with live IoT fleet telemetry.

Challenge
Riders needed to find, unlock and pay for a scooter in a few taps, while the operator needed to see where every vehicle was and make sure no ride started without payment.
Approach
Built live-map discovery and unlock flows with wallet-based ride passes, integrated IoT location telemetry into an admin dashboard for live fleet visibility, and gated every unlock on payment authorisation.
Results
Shipped a bilingual English and Arabic app with full RTL support, giving riders self-service rentals and the operator real-time visibility across the fleet.
